By using ipiptest.com (the "Service"), operated by MegaWave ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
The Service offers free, browser-scored personality inventories based on public IPIP materials, including Big Five, Mini-IPIP, IPIP-NEO, HEXACO, and BFAS. No account or payment is required.
Not Medical or Professional Advice
Results are self-report trait scores for personal interest and reflection only. Do not use them to typecast a person, diagnose a health condition, make hiring or selection decisions, or support any other high-stakes decision.
Eligibility
The Service is not directed at children. By using the Service, you confirm you are old enough to consent to online services in your country, or that you have a parent or guardian's permission to do so.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to disrupt or overload it, or use automated means to access it beyond ordinary browsing.
Intellectual Property
Test items are based on public materials from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP). The site design, text, and code are owned by MegaWave or its licensors, except where noted.
Third-Party Services
The Service uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Your use of features provided by these third parties is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MegaWave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on your results.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
